Q. Why can't I place an order for telecommunications materials online?
A. Orders for telecommunications products are normally done on a quote basis given the range of different products that can be involved in a single job. We feel that we can provide better pricing and better customer service when we work more closely with our customers than online ordering can provide.
Q. Once I contact a project manager how long before I can expect a quote to be returned to me?
A. That really depends on the size of the job and the quantity of material involved. Our project managers work hard to have most material quotes done within 48 hours.
Q. Can I request that a specific vendor be used for specific materials?
A. Absolutely! It is our goal to give our customers the best possible service we can. If you desire to have specific materials from specific vendors we will quote your job accordingly.
Q. How do I know that my material will arrive on time?
A. We pride ourselves on providing a high rate of on time deliveries. Our logistics department monitors your order from the time it is placed until it arrives at your job site and your personnel have had the opportunity to take a full inventory.
Q. What if I also need installation services, can you provide them?
A. Absoulutely! We have recently combined with our sister company, Diamond Resources, to provide the most complete service available.
